The 5-feet Siloplast is a pipe-silo of 60 m length and 1.50 m diameter (5 feet), produced in co-extrusion (a process that makes possible the production with more than two layers), with a storage
capacity of about 60 to 90 tons of dried grain, and/or 60/90 tons of mass for ensilage, depending upon the origin, the type of material, or the size of reduced pieces (ensilage of the entire plant corn).

With the 5-feet Siloplast it is possible to store grains and provide ensilage at “the farm´s level”, e.g. they can be stored close to the tillage spots. Storage costs are minimized, stocks management is enhanced, and autonomy of transport availability is increased. There is a more profitable use of vehicles, with more attractive freights, retrenchment of losses in the storage processes, and storage of dried grains, stored separately by product (by type of grain, lot, variety and/or classification).
